superboxstoreusa.com is an independently operated Authorized SuperBox Dealer authorized to sell SuperBox-series products through this website.

SuperBox Store USA is an independent authorized retailer and is not the manufacturer or corporate owner of the SuperBox brand.

2. Use of Our Website

By using this website, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or are accessing the website under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian.

• Provide accurate account, order, payment, and shipping information

• Comply with these Terms and all applicable laws

3. Product Information, Availability, and Pricing

• Limit product quantities

• End or modify promotions

Product images may contain staged environments or simulated screen content for demonstration purposes. Product colors and appearance may vary slightly depending on your display.

If we cancel a paid order, the eligible payment amount will be refunded to the original PayPal payment method.

4. Orders and Payments

All orders are subject to acceptance, payment authorization, inventory availability, and shipping-address verification.

Submitting an order does not automatically mean that the order has been accepted. After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation email. A separate shipping confirmation email will be sent after the order ships.

We currently accept payment through PayPal only. Payment must be completed and authorized before an order can be processed.

PayPal may perform its own security, fraud, or account review. We cannot override payment decisions or account restrictions imposed by PayPal.

5. Shipping and Delivery

Order processing times, delivery estimates, shipping destinations, shipping fees, address requirements, tracking information, and delivery-issue procedures are governed by our Shipping Policy.

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur because of carrier operations, severe weather, holidays, incorrect addresses, payment verification, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.

6. Returns, Refunds, and Warranty

Returns, refunds, exchanges, cancellations, product-condition requirements, and return-shipping responsibilities are governed by our Return & Refund Policy.

Our primary terms include:

• Return requests must be submitted within 30 days of delivery.

• Prior return authorization is required.

• Customers pay return shipping for personal-reason returns.

• We pay eligible return shipping for confirmed product defects or fulfillment errors caused by us.

• No restocking fee is charged for approved returns.

• Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Eligible SuperBox devices purchased directly from superboxstoreusa.com include a one-year limited warranty beginning on the delivery date.

The limited warranty does not cover accidental damage, misuse, liquid damage, unauthorized modification, normal wear and tear, or problems caused by incompatible external equipment.

Nothing in these Terms limits consumer rights that cannot legally be waived.

7. Third-Party Applications and Content

SuperBox devices are physical electronic products that may support compatible third-party applications and services.

Unless expressly stated otherwise:

• We do not own or operate third-party applications, streaming platforms, television networks, or media libraries.

• Third-party applications and services are governed by their providers’ terms, privacy policies, subscription requirements, and regional restrictions.

• Internet access, user accounts, subscriptions, or additional fees may be required.

• Application, channel, program, and content availability may change without notice.

• We do not guarantee the continued availability of any specific third-party application, channel, program, or content service.

Customers are responsible for using devices and third-party services in accordance with applicable laws and the terms of the relevant service provider.

8. Intellectual Property

Original website content, including original text, graphics, layouts, and other materials, is owned by or licensed to the operator of SuperBox Store USA or the applicable rights holder.

The SuperBox name, logos, trademarks, product images, and related brand materials belong to their respective owners and are used with authorization where applicable.

You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, sell, republish, or commercially use protected website content without prior written permission from the applicable rights holder.

Nothing on this website grants ownership of any trademark, copyright, or other intellectual-property right.
